We are Hiring 2020 & 2021 Fresher's, who would join us immediately for Banking/Telecom Customer Care Process. JOB TITLE: Customer Support Officer / Executive PROCESS: Banking Voice Customer Care Process/ Verification Process ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: •Any Graduates / Diploma ( BE & B.tech can also apply) •Should possess Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi or Malayalam or Kannada or Tamil •Age should be below 30 years. JOB PROFILE: •Customer support for Banking/Telecom Customer in PAN India. •Handle calls from Chennai customer positively and professionally. •Provide Feedback solutions to issues that have been raised. •Deal with a wide range of potential information & database. Salary: 12000 /- to 18500/- fixed CTC + Bonus + Incentives. Job Timings: Day Shift Timings Work Location: Chennai.
