• Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Marketing Associate to join our marketing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry. This part-time role involves collaborating with various departments to implement effective marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute creative ideas to elevate our brand’s presence online.
• Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and PPC advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content tailored to various audience segments.
2. Content Creation:
- Create and curate high-quality content for the Nykaa website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and aesthetic.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy, with a keen attention to detail.
3. Social Media Management:
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance social media performance.
4. SEO and Analytics:
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and generate reports for the marketing team.
5. Collaborative Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new campaigns and initiatives.
6. Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities within the beauty and wellness industry.
- Stay updated on industry developments and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
7. Budget Management:
- Assist in tracking and managing marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Support the team in monitoring campaign expenditures and comparing against projected outcomes.
• Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics), and marketing automation software (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content.
- Resourceful and dedicated, with a strong commitment to achieving goals and outcomes.
