About The Team
This role is a part of our Connex-HP (Tandem Developers Team) .
What You Bring
• 6– 15 Years of experience in IT Industry
• Knowledge of Languages – TAL, COBOL and SCOBOL
• Knowledge of SWITCH – Any Switch (CONNEX/BASE24/EPOC)
• Knowledge of Databases – ENSCRIBE and SQL
• Knowledge of TANDEM Utilities
• Experience in cards/payment/banking/switching domain
• Good Logical thinking abilities
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work for individual contributor role
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
What You Will Be Doing
• Understand customer requirements, design, develop, and unit test solutions on a key switching product in the industry
• Understand methods, tools and technology used in software development and testing
• Understand basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies
• Understand primary database engines and demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting
• Understand functions, features and components of existing and planned operating systems and applications
