The Indian Cuisine Tandoori Chef is required to provide quality cuisines including Curry, Gujarati and Punjabi and Specially Tandoori to our guests and to maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times...
• Be familiar with sanitation regulations Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc Cook food in a timely manner Assign tasks to kitchen staffs Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed Experiment with new recipes Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)

• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
