Job Description
Prepare food: Cook tandoori dishes, manage ingredients, marinades, and spice blends
Maintain quality: Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
Manage the tandoor: Ensure the tandoor oven is clean and safe to use
Manage inventory: Control food stock and costs
Follow recipes: Follow menu specifications and keep up with new recipes and techniques
Work with others: Support other chefs and work with the service team
Maintain cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and maintain personal hygiene
Follow safety guidelines: Follow HACCP procedures and respect safety guidelines for equipment
Ensure safety of guests: Respect the hotel's security regulations and environmental commitments
Skills
Knowledge of cooking skills, sanitation, and developing recipes
