Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated Tandoor Helper with mandatory experience in making naans and rotis. You will assist our Tandoor Chef in preparing breads and tandoor items while maintaining hygiene and speed during service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook naans, rotis, and other tandoor items.
Assist with marination, skewering, and grilling of tandoor items.
Maintain the tandoor equipment and ensure safety while operating.
Follow hygiene standards and kitchen protocols.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in making naans and rotis.
At least 1 year of experience in a tandoor kitchen.
Basic knowledge of tandoor operations and dough handling.
Team player with a hardworking attitude.
Physically fit to work in a high-heat environment.
