You Are:
A skilled transformational leader equipped to aid clients in overcoming digitization challenges. You excel in problem-solving, whether that means guiding teams through complex projects or meticulously managing the finer details of Oracle implementations. Your expertise spans the functional, process, and technical development realms of Oracle, and you have a knack for motivating your team to achieve their best.
The Work:
• Conduct workshops with clients to determine planning, forecasting, and budgeting requirements in collaboration with Finance and other operational stakeholders.
• Oversee Oracle EPM Planning workstreams from design through implementation, ensuring quality, timelines, and scope are rigorously maintained.
• Create driver-based models, forecasting processes, and Capex frameworks that align with industry best practices.
• Facilitate integration of Planning with ERP and reporting platforms for seamless data flow and connected planning.
• Mentor project teams through hands-on functional guidance, ensuring high-quality delivery and solution alignment.
• Utilize Groovy scripting to enhance Planning rules, validations, and automation as needed.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimates, demonstrations, and proposal development for Planning and EPM opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients regarding planning best practices, modeling strategies, and enterprise-level forecasting.
• Contribute to practice enhancement through reusable assets, templates, and participation in capability-building initiatives.
Travel may be required based on business and client needs, ranging from 0 to 100%.
What You Need:
• At least 7 years of Oracle EPM delivery experience, including a minimum of 4 years in Oracle EPM Planning across various modules.
• Minimum of 4 years designing forecasting solutions and enterprise planning frameworks.
• At least 4 years integrating Planning with ERP and other data platforms.
• Minimum of 4 years working in a professional services or systems integration setting.
• At least 3 years of experience leading design sessions and managing delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years experience). If holding an Associate's Degree, must have at least 6 years of work experience.
Bonus Points If:
• You have hands-on experience with Workforce, Capex, or Project Planning specialty areas.
• You are familiar with predictive planning and machine-learning-enabled forecasting.
• You have engaged in pre-sales activities or contributed to thought leadership in planning transformations.
• You possess additional expertise in Oracle EPM modules.
• You hold an Oracle EPM Planning Cloud certification.
Compensation varies based on a multitude of factors, including location, role, skill set, and experience. Salary ranges are available for different locations, including California and New York, among others.
