The Corporate Treasury will be responsible for overseeing the organization's liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company's financial activities. This role ensures optimal utilization of financial resources, maintains strong banking relationships, and implements strategies to mitigate financial risks. This role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal part in the organization's financial operations, ensuring financial stability and supporting growth initiatives.
Cash & Liquidity Management:
Optimize cash utilization across business units and geographies.
Banking & Financial Institution Relations:
Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Negotiate banking terms, fees, and services to benefit the organization.
Manage bank account structures and signatories.
Working with Credit rating agencies
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Investment & Debt Management:
Manage short-term investments to optimize returns within approved risk parameters.
Evaluate financing options and support capital raising activities.
Treasury Operations:
Supervise treasury operations including payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
Implement and maintain treasury management systems and tools.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of treasury activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Education & Experience:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or related fields.
Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, markets, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.

Promotes the target state architecture across the engineering community and all other stakeholder groups within and outside of the domain Contributes or performs deep-dive reviews of technical solutions designs produced by individual teams and advises and do handholding on their improvement and ensures compliance with strategy, architecture standards and re-use of existing assets Guides development teams towards adoption of modern design patterns and champions use of technologies to achieve highly scalable and well supported systems Designs technical solutions for complex business problems Create Engineering practices guidelines, modernization plans, identification of legacy technology and path to their decommissioning and create insights for management using the data and industry available tools Identify the appropriate tools and support on engineering automation work e.g Test Automation, CICD etc. Find appropriate usecases for GCP movement and support teams to their GCP journey. • Experience / Exposure

- Knowledge of Quality Management tools and techniques
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organization
