Job-Specific Skills:
• Proficiency in monitoring and operating BMS/EMS/SCADA platforms.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and white space service level agreements.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure equipment, including power systems, generators, chillers, fan wall units, and fire life safety systems.
• Familiarity with building operating systems and data center standards and regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) or Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data center BMS operations or mission-critical facilities.
