Key Accountabilities
• Ensure stability of balances/income from existing set of clients and deepen the relationship along with NTB Clients
• Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
• Activate various segments to acquire and deepen TASC clients including the branch, TR RM and PBs
• Ensure training for account opening and BAU processes for various channels
• Use knowledge of various products for deal structuring
• Maintain relationships with Institutions to originate business
• Provide inputs and enable smoother processing of TASC account opening and BAU transactions
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Resource productivity, earmarked for TASC business
• Branch Activation – Creating the mindshare on TASC
• Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area
• Quality sourcing of TASC with multiple hooks
• Events to be organized in the Societies/Clubs/Apartments around the branch catchment
• Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships
