Job Description

We are looking for a compelling visual communicator who can deliver beautiful and engaging designs to work on branding, visual style, and website designing (deployed on smart phones, tablets, desktops).

The job will involve interactions with customers as well as collaboration with remote teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other UI designers as well as extended project team members to conceive and communicate design

Create visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, including the design, color palettes, typography, animation, user interface assets and icons.

Outputs will include mockups, wireframes, internal checklist documents with extreme attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to create high quality work with aggressive deadlines and make accurate estimates for work tasks

Clearly communicate detailed visual design information over email and teleconference.

Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes creative leads, user experience designers, user researchers, product managers, project managers, developers, branding and marketing team.

Must Have Qualifications:

Should be an artist and draw sketches on paper instead of directly using a computer

Knowledge in creating Visual Design and art assets

Bachelor’s degree in graphics design, visual communication, interaction design, fine arts, or a related design discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Expertise and fluency with design and prototyping tools such as those found in the Adobe Creative Suite

A passion for designs that make an emotional connection to users that can be demonstrated using a strong portfolio of visual design in the digital format

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3

Experience with limitations and issues designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
• Experience with Animation and Motion Design
