Role Overview:
As a Cash & Carry Operations Intern, you will work closely with our field sales, Cash Carry business team and marketing teams to help drive category-wise business planning and execution.
You'll contribute to new product development and assist in implementing our business strategies on a state-by-state level. Help in ensuring basic supply operations buy participating in forecasting and fill rate management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning: Support the development of category-specific business plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams- growth initiatives.
Strategy Execution: Work alongside our Cash & Carry KAM team to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
Best-in-Class Execution: Drive high-impact initiatives for online and in-store cash & carry accounts, ensuring excellence in execution and customer experience.

Passion for Operations and Business Development: A proactive attitude and strong interest in the retail and FMCG sectors.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to gather insights and contribute to strategy and business planning.

Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday- Required to be in office ( willing to visit markets)
Eligibility
MBA / related postgraduates (Currently pursuing or 2026 pass outs)
