The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $74,100 to $138,500
The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $88,900 to $157,400
Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography
In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options
Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances

Responsibilities
You’ll work as part of US Tax Quality to give operational support to the Tax Quality Review (TQR) team
The TQR program assesses how well we deliver on our Quality commitment
To accomplish this, you will work with the TQR team to coordinate and manage the review process so that reviews are completed thoroughly and on time
Coordinate review logistics for the various types of reviews included in the Global Tax Quality Review Program
Staff reviews, requiring knowledge of tax service lines and specialties to be able to match potential reviewers to reviewees and engagements selected for review
Resolve scheduling conflicts and secure replacement reviewers when necessary
Maintain list of reviewers
Serve as a point of contact for reviewees and reviewers during the reviews
Manage and collaborate with the India GDS to set up reviews, provide access to tools for reviewers and prepare and disseminate communications
Coordinate training logistics, assist with the development of training materials and participate in trainings as appropriate
Attend planning meetings and check in calls with reviewees and reviewers
Assist with tax quality review reporting and analyzing results to determine actions required to address concerns
Assist with tax quality review related communications and education
Apply process and technology enablement knowledge to create efficiencies
Maintain the Tax Quality Review mailbox
Opportunity to progress towards assisting Tax Quality Review Coordinators directly with reviews including planning, engagement selections, implementation of reviews and reporting of individual results

Job Summary:

Our US Tax Quality practice specializes in the development of policies and procedures to ensure quality tax services to our clients and risk management for the firm. To qualify, candidates must have:
