What You'll Do
• Own a portfolio of 100-250 client projects (tax, audit, advisory)
• Drive off-season progress to reduce busy-season stress
• Monitor project status, resolve bottlenecks, and balance workloads
• Lead pipeline review meetings and improve processes/templates
• Serve as client point of contact for status updates and document requests
What You Need
• 5+ years of project/workflow management in a CPA or professional services firm
• Strong knowledge of tax and accounting workflows
• Proven success reducing busy-season workload through early planning
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
• Data-driven mindset with dashboard experience
