Then Ibbotson + Moscatelli is a great place for you!Growing Glen Iris based accounting firm seeks a business services accountant with 3-4 years’ experience for a full-time permanent role (37.5 hrs. per week). Plenty of opportunities as we grow and develop our firm.We seek a vibrant candidate with a demonstrated can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.You will also have:· CA or CPA qualified· Great written and oral communication skills· Comprehensive knowledge of Xero· Enthusiasm and be up for a challenge· A comprehensive knowledge of the Australian tax system· 3 to 4 years’ experience in a professional accounting firm· Understanding of tax return preparation and BAS lodgement system· Experience with SMSF processing and compliance in BGL360· Understanding of payroll regulations and experience with processing payroll · A desire to work with a variety of clients of varying sizes and industries· An ability to fit in and work well with others· A strong working knowledge of MYOB, QuickBooks and Reckon would be an advantage· Pride in your presentation and be punctual and reliable
