Tax Associate
Hybrid work schedule - Calgary office
Norton Rose Fulbright is looking to add a tax associate to work with
our national team out of our Calgary office.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have two to five years'
experience in tax law in a team environment assisting on transactional
matters, corporate tax planning, reorganizations, owner-manager
advice, estate planning for high net-worth families, and financings
and excellent academic credentials. This is a tremendous opportunity
to join a world-class team of professionals, working with a collegial
and collaborative tax team at an established Canadian law firm.
You will be focusing on:
• Assisting on transactional matters
• Corporate tax planning
• Reorganizations; and
• Financings
What you bring to the role:
• 2-5 years' experience gained within a reputable practice with
significant exposure to complex tax matters
• Excellent client service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Willingness to take initiative
• Excellent academic credentials
