The Team
Deloitte delivers deep knowledge of tax and statutory requirements as well as a breadth of
experience applying them in practice worldwide. Practical tax advice combined with our consistent
tax compliance framework instils confidence that a consistent approach is followed across
jurisdictions. We help simplify tax management and oversight while providing global visibility for
making informed strategic decisions ― all with the ease of working with a global provider

Work you’ll do
As an Executive Assistant in our Tax team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships
with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will be:
• Travel & Accommodation Arrangement domestic as well as international along with Visa
• Procedures
• Maintain Voice mail and email distribution list
• Organize conference calls including proper call-in facilities / bridge details
• Manage expense claims for Partners as well as other team members and ensure accuracy
• and timeliness
• Calendar Management
• MIS
• Follow up to ensure claims are processed and paid in time
• Maintain Voice mail and email distribution list
• Completion of QRM for each engagement
• Completion of weekly time sheet for the Partner and also ensure the group’s timeliness for
• the same
• Generating WIP reports for each engagement every week
• Generating invoices for all on-going engagements
• Follow up for payments with clients / TDS certificates, etc.
• Take care of CPE formalities for the Partner with the Institute.
