Looking for US Accounting & Taxation Manager Must have experience into US Taxation & Bookkeeping Minimum 5 Years into US Taxation & Bookkeeping • Responsible for finalization of Books of Accounts for clients of various industries. • Experience in managing wide spectrum of finance and accounts including reconciliations etc. • Advising clients of the accounting and tax implications of proposed policies. • Preparation and presenting of reports that reflect audit’s results and prepare audit findings memorandum. • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement. • Maintain open communication and liaising with management and audit committee. • Involved in Name availability, Incorporation and Striking of Name of Private and Public Companies. • Supported in the Federal to State Tax Provision Reconciliation in order to make sure Entities are Operationally Compliant to the Regulatory requirements. • Reconcilation of critical purchase card expenses paid over other compliance tax payments. • Prepared and finalized various SOPs including International process matrix for Form 8858 & PFIC as per the organizational policy. • Responsible for preparation of various International and US Tax Compliance Forms including 8858, 5471 & 8865 etc. for various Inbound & outbound DRE and CFC’s of US Entity. • Have prepared multiple other compliance returns like Form 8621 & 1120F etc. • Preparation of quarterly and monthly Business & Occupation tax return and related working papers. • Responsible for e-filing of the Business & Occupation tax returns. • Independently handling Annual reports renewals for States across US to be filed manually or otherwise. • Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of Business Licenses for Cities across entire US
