S.R. Dinodia is looking for a Manager/Assistant Manager - Tax to ensure that the clients comply with all tax filing requirements in India. Furthermore, to help clients navigate complex tax issues and assist in tax assessments and litigations. Understanding of tax laws is a significant component of the tax managers key skills required.

Technical Requirements
• Practical knowledge of Income Tax Provisions
• Preparation of computation and Filing of Income Tax Returns for all type of taxpayers
• Conversant with the new Income Tax Portal
• Experience of Direct tax compliances, reporting, and periodic filing at Income Tax Portal .
• Undertaking research on Income-Tax issues and assist seniors in replying to queries raised by clients on corporate tax matters
• Preparing submissions in relation to assessment
• Preparation and drafting of synopsis /submissions for tax litigations before appellate authorities.
• Team Player with willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications
• Qualified CA
• 3-5 years' of experience of professional tax experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
