Overview
You will provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise covering complex policies, processes, products, and regulatory requirements. You will keep abreast of industry best practices, sharing knowledge with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels, regionally and globally as appropriate. You will represent the Bank by managing strong relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g. industry forums, regulators, third party vendors market participants) and internal divisions (e.g. IT, legal or product management). You will communicate all changes relating to operational requirements, which impact on relevant processes and controls ensuring understanding by the relevant target audiences. You will act as a subject matter expert (SME), specializing in one of several disciplines, but primarily focused on US withholding tax and information reporting with a working knowledge of brokerage operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Key point of contact between change-the-bank (CTB) and run-the-bank (RTB) process line for any systemic or regulatory change
• Manage and quantify operational requirements and impact of any change initiative to the RTB processing line
• Manage upcoming regulatory change and prioritize with CTB, IT, and RTB
• Develop and prepare operational readiness for all change programs
• Develop training and key operating procedures for change initiatives
• Hand over CTB functionality to RTB
