Responsibilities
This important role includes technical tax compliance and consulting work:
Review complex tax returns for private equity funds
Analyze client’s financial activity
Perform self-review of source data, correct calculations, presentation, and accuracy
Proactively assist Managers with interacting with key client management to gather information, resolve tax-related issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
Assist in training and mentoring interns and staff
Resolve minor issues directly with the IRS and other tax authorities
Dedicate time to professional development and business development activities
Working knowledge of tax applications like Go-Systems & K-1 Suite
Comply with and implement KR's global compliance process

• Review complex tax returns for private equity funds
• Analyze client’s financial activity
• Perform self-review of source data, correct calculations, presentation, and accuracy
• Proactively assist Managers with interacting with key client management to gather information, resolve tax-related issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
• Assist in training and mentoring interns and staff
• Resolve minor issues directly with the IRS and other tax authorities
• Dedicate time to professional development and business development activities
• Working knowledge of tax applications like Go-Systems & K-1 Suite
