About the Position

A Transaction Advisory Services Tax Senior will be responsible for buy-side and sell-side tax transaction advisory engagements for middle market companies in a variety of industries and private equity investors. This work will include analyzing terms sheets and related legal documents; reviewing financial models and analysis to assist in conducting tax advisory and structuring services; conducting buy side and sell side tax due diligence; and other tax related transaction services engagements

Education and Experience

Three or more years of experience in taxation with a public accounting firm

Masters or other form of 150 college credit hours with requisite accounting related courses (Bachelor’s degrees may be considered in some situations)

CPA certificate or advanced professional degree preferred
