We are seeking an experienced Taxation Executive to join a CA firm at Prabhadevi, Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct taxation and a proven track record in handling tax-related matters. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute direct taxation work, including income tax, TDS, and advance tax.
2. Prepare and review tax returns, computations, and other tax-related documents for individuals, partnerships, and corporate clients.
3. Assist in tax planning, advisory, and compliance services for clients.
4. Research and analyze tax laws, regulations, and recent developments to stay updated on the latest tax practices.
5. Liaise with clients and tax authorities to address and resolve tax-related queries and issues.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
7. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in direct taxation, preferably in a CA firm or professional services environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
6. Proficient in the use of tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
