Position: Night Taxi Controller
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

As a Night Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring our night shifts’ smooth and seamless operation.
Primary responsibilities:
Leading and coordinating the night shift operations, ensuring excellent customer service and quick response times.
Allocating and dispatching jobs to our fleet of licensed drivers, effectively managing their availability and shift patterns.
Monitoring and ensuring adherence to company service standards and policies.
Identifying and resolving potential issues or challenges during the night shift.
Collaborating with various departments to optimise resources and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Effectively communicating with drivers, customers, and other team members to provide accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential to ensure a smooth transition into the position.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to liaising with drivers, clients, and colleagues.
A calm and composed demeanour and the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of the London area and the private hire vehicle industry would be advantageous.
Fixed shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Each shift is 8-10h long
