• Minimum 10 years of experience as with minimum 05 years of
experience in Operating Non-EPB, Shielded Rock TBMs. Must have experience
of executing Rock TBM Tunnelling of minimum 4.5km length through single Tunnel
having minimum finished inner diameter of 7.0m
• Must have good knowledge & experience in TBM Mechanical related works, Locomotive, and cutter head maintenance.
• The job responsibility includes daily supervision & maintenance of approx. 07 m dia.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of Ring Erector, Segment crane, segment feeder, foam system, grout system maintenance works in TBM is required & essential.
• Ensure the probe drill repair, Main drive motor changed, Main drive pinion maintenance, CHD repair and outer seal installation, Gripper cylinder changed.
• Maintenance of OEPL make locomotives. Good Knowledge of refurbishment of TBM.
