• Role: Junior Associate – Back Office Operations (Data Processing)
• Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra (rotational shifts)
• Experience Required: Freshers or up to 6 months of relevant experience
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
• Full-time graduates with a 3-year degree in the following disciplines:
• Arts: BA, BMS
• Commerce: BCom, BAF, BBA
• Science: BSc (Chemistry, Botany, Biotech, Zoology, Physics, Mathematics)
• Year of Passing: 2026 & 2026 only
Additional Requirements
• No active backlogs at the time of the interview.
• Academic gap should not exceed 2 years.
• Comfortable working in a 24×7 work environment, including rotational and night shifts.
• Postgraduate candidates are not eligible.
Selection Process
• Stage 1: Written Examination (TalView or Pen-and-Paper Test)
• Stage 2: Personal Interview (Technical and HR rounds)
