Job Description
You would be responsible for
- overall management of all centres run by company
- design and plan for monthly, quarterly and annual operating plans covering quality control, student impact metrics & business delivery
- leverage technology to automate functions and drive impact across the entire value chain
- manage day to day operations including resource management, controlling budgets, resolving operating bottlenecks
Skills we require
- be able to work in a start-up / young company environment
- have strong execution discipline and time and productivity management skills
- have 15+ years of experience in relevant roles (preferred experience in education, BFSI and Retail Chains)
- be very upto date on technology tools that can multiply productivity including CRM, ERP, Audit and more
- enjoy managing large teams and driving operating and business impact through the centres and teams
