Key responsibilities
• Perform administrative tasks such as uploading course material, creating learning plans, scheduling enrolments, and generating reports.
• Administer classroom training and classroom related activities such as managing event and sessions, adding trainers, creating venues, resources and custom classroom training request forms. This security role has access to all classroom training related reports.
• Perform ongoing maintenance to existing programs and removal of programs which have been deprecated.
• Support internal and external stakeholders on LMS functionality and usability, ensure timely communication regarding LMS updates and changes and provide ongoing end user system support.
• Develop and implement reporting strategies that meet regulatory requirements and collate training reporting for various stakeholders as required.
• Support the T&D Deployment and COE teams
• Planning and strategy to support the growth of LMS innovations and operations.
• User support via email response to L&D inbox
