Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive world class training, and be part of a community of students across TD, where you will have an impact, grow as individual and experience our culture of care.
Our Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Opportunity: Looking for a strategic, business-savvy individual to support TD Insurance, Private Client Advice within the HNW segment
Responsibilities: Primary functions include market research and insights, industry and competitive analysis, and shaping go-to-market partnership and promotional strategies
Conduct strategic assessment and market sizing analyses on several select high-potential professional or luxury categories
Assist in monitoring, gathering and analyzing market data to help identify competitive and industry trends and business opportunities; support the creation of reports/presentations to summarize findings
Learn how to use various research tools and datasets to collect, interpret, identify and rank potential partners across various criteria
Recommend strategic priorities for partnerships and marketing offers
Work with team members to support marketing and product research initiatives and explore customer acquisition and retention opportunities through value-add experiences
Identify indirect channels to access to affluent networks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing, Analytics/Data or related field
Must be enrolled in a degree program with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term

This position is a 4-month work term and will commence May 4th – August 21st, 2026.
