JOB POSITION
Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative Senior Software developer who can Combining knowledge of healthcare domain and a commitment to Work with team (team members and vendor partners) and collaborate with a solution architects and onsite leads to effectively deliver projects, enhancements, and applications. Understanding lifecycle of Software development and developing scalable solution using any language which complies with the design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Work with team (team members and vendor partners) and collaborate with a solution architects and onsite leads to effectively deliver projects.
2. Execute/Manage end to end project i.e., from Requirement Gathering to software development and implementation, and overseeing operations team
3. Analyses and evaluates detailed business and technical requirements.
4. Codes and maintains complex components of information systems.
5. Develops and performs unit testing and fixes defects identified during testing and re-executes unit tests to validate results.
6. Ensure code quality by performing technical design and code reviews
7. Module level ownership and ensure that any development that occurs in that module is as per the agreed solution.
8. Propose automation solutions maximizing efficiency and productibility, addressing security and performance concerns and creating reusable code components
+. Responsible for on-time development completion with low defect rate – through close interactions / reviews with the other developers
10. Ready to learn new technology/ application
11. Should be ready to work in support project if needed
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering Stream (Prefer: CSE, IT , ECE)

EXPERIENCE
3– 4 years of experience in ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET,C#, Entity Frame work ,WEB API, Angular , SQL
Good to have cloud and Dotnet
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Demonstrate experience influencing with technical and business stakeholders through verbal and written communications
Interpersonal Management with GIC model experience in mid-to-large teams
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
Strong working knowledge of Developing, Designing, and implementing large scale enterprise applications
Knowledge of the Agile process
Detailed-oriented with strong documentation and tracking skills
View challenges as opportunities and offer potential solutions
Ask questions to understand stakeholder roles and needs with an open mind
Look for opportunities to create value for all stakeholders
Offer viable, alternative solutions to problems instead of only stating objections
