Job Description
Supervision of Entire Tea Estate of 850 Hectare.
Planning, Supervising, Implementing Processes for Plantation, plucking, pruning of Tea bush. labour management. Overall maintaining of the entire Tea Estate.
Must have knowledge of Manufacturing of both Orthodox and CTC Tea.
Minimum 20 years of Experience in working in a Tea Estate
