eduCOBOT is looking to expand its pool of Coding Instructors & Trainers for afterschool and weekend programs!
ABOUT eduCOBOT eduCOBOT is a web and mobile e-learning app, designed to teach coding and code logic to everyone and anyone who wants to learn or practice coding, with or without the experience of coding. It is the uniqueness of our way of teaching which makes us unparallel to any other e-learning app in the market. eduCOBOT is here to change that and empower every student with the tools, content, and Online / offline coding classes to start learning to code and build anything they can imagine. EduCOBOT was incubated with a vision to teach coding to ALL, including the underprivileged, which would enhance their skillsets creating a level playing field and EQUAL career opportunity for all. We are looking for Coding Teachers or Trainers, for locations in Mumbai / Pune / Nashik / Thane, who believe in this mission and have the right expertise to teach coding to young school kids of age 6 yrs to 16 yrs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach coding in a fun & engaging way to school students in offline classes; conduct offline coding sessions as per the pedagogy and curriculum on Saturdays / Sundays.
Inspire students to learn coding at schools
Conducting Training sessions for school teachers
Assess student’s progress, evaluate assignments and give constructive feedback
Conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians
To be successful in this role, you must have -
Deep knowledge of programming concepts like algorithms, loops, etc. block Coding/ Scratch /
Python including variables, data types, conditionals, loops, arrays, and functions.
Patience, empathy & a positive personality with a passion for teaching
A curious mind and engineering background
Excellent communication skills in English. Hindi or other local languages is a plus
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
A Computer Science degree or coding background is needed
