We’re hiring Head Teacher
This is a new playschool that is committed to fostering creativity, independence, and a love for learning by providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment for young children.
Job Summary: You will play a pivotal role in creating a dynamic and nurturing learning environment that facilitates personalized, inquiry-based learning experiences that honour the child’s natural curiosity, independence, and creativity. Age of children: 1.5 yrs to 4 yrs
Location: - RA Puram, Chennai 28
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
2. Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent) and/or training in Reggio Emilia approach.
3. 5 years’ experience teaching in a play / pre-schoolpreferred.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong understanding of child development principles and educational theories.
6. Most importantly, enjoys being around children! :)
