The Role: Teacher Aide Position
We seek a vibrant and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to join our dedicated team on a permanent, part-time basis (10 hours per week).
Assist the teaching team in maintaining a beautiful learning environment.
Support routine activities with the tamariki.
Ensure resources are organised.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Previous experience working with young tamariki, preferably in a Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education setting, is essential. You will need:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Able to listen, explain, and build positive relationships.
Flexibility, adaptability, tolerance, and perseverance.
Commitment to delivering high-quality AKA Kindergarten service aligned with our philosophy of learning through play.
