Role Description
As a Teacher and Mentor at Luit Coaching Institute, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality and engaging educational content to students. You will be leading and managing a classroom of students by providing individualized and targeted academic support, while fostering positive learning experiences for all students. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Guwahati with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, or a related field
• Prior experience as a teacher or mentor in a classroom setting (not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with and relate to students at all levels
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging educational content to students
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
