Salary: $79,743 – $117,764 per annum (pro rata) plus superannuation

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Child Youth and Family Intervention Teacher to join our Human Services and Education team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements
Support student engagement, attendance and outcomes
Maintain teaching and compliance documentation
Participate in industry consultation and curriculum development
Provide pastoral and academic support to students
Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes
Engage with industry and community stakeholders to ensure course relevance
Skills and Experience Required
Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry skills in Child, Youth and Family Intervention
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
VET teaching experience, preferably in community services or youth work
Understanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to design inclusive and flexible learning experiences
Proficiency in using ICT for teaching and reporting
Additional Requirements
Successful candidate will be required to provide:
A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A National Police Check
