ROLE SUMMARY:
ACG Strathallan is a leading co-educational, non-denominational, independent school based in Karaka, South Auckland, providing world class education to students from year 0-13. Our preschool Centre is tailored to provide an excellent learning environment for children ages 3 months to 5 years old. We are looking for a NZ registered ECE teacher to join our Reggio inspired Centre at ACG Strathallan Centre for a permanent, full-time position. The applicant must be suitably qualified and NZ registered to be considered. This position is due to commence in June 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach early childhood learning, ensuring you create an engaging learning environment.
Cater to the varied learning needs and abilities of the children.
Develop excellent relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
Play based learning environment with a focus on transition to school.
Participate in wider school activities.
Ensure children's welfare and safety in every moment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
NZ Teacher registration with supporting teaching qualifications (BA and/or MBA).
Well-prepared, inspiring confidence in children and parents.
Flexible, committed, professional, hard working, team player.
