About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Teaching children according to the lesson plans provided by Sarthak Foundation
2. Ensuring a happy and safe environment in the classes
3. Building a bond with the children and community
4. Ensuring good attendance levels for children
5. Maintaining a high score on class discipline
6. Conducting and evaluating tests for children
7. Assessing, recording, and reporting the development and progress of children
8. Ensuring safe custody and maximum utilization of books, stationery, games, and other teaching aids to make curriculum delivery creative and impactful
+. Counseling children for their socio-emotional needs
10. Conducting parents teacher meetings
11. Attending educator training sessions conducted by the foundation
12. Ensuring that the database is timely updated
