What Teaching Looks Like Here
Elementary School:
Our elementary program is built around co-teaching, allowing teachers to collaborate closely, support diverse learners, and model professional partnership every day.
Middle School:
Middle school teachers are subject-specific, working in close coordination with grade-level teams to ensure strong academic alignment and student support.
Roles We Are Recruiting:
Salaries for each position are dependent on degree and experience.
Lead Elementary Teachers
Lead Middle School Teachers (full and part time)
Associate Teacher positions for education students and aspiring teachers
Ideal for candidates pursuing credentials
Designed to function as meaningful co-teaching and student-teaching experiences, not passive assistant roles
