OwlMinds is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Teacher Recruiter to join our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding teachers while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and source teacher candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other online channels
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews via Google Meet
Ensure weekly target of shortlisting 10 teachers for training programs
Handle sharing and signing of contracts with newly selected teachers
Maintain and update candidate records and follow-ups
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Google Meet
Must own a personal laptop and mobile phone
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Prior recruitment experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Work Environment:
Work From Office (WFO)
6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
