Two Paraprofessional Positions K-12 School Environment Dobbs Ferry, NY

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities tailored to diverse learning needs
• Support students with behavioral challenges, implementing strategies to foster positive behaviors
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and staff
• Aid in creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment
• Participate in planning and follow-through of individualized educational programs
Qualifications:
• No teaching assistant (TA) certification required
• Prior experience working with behaviorally challenged students preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to student development within a K-12 setting
Location:
• Dobbs Ferry, New York, within a K-12 school setting
• Caseload and specific duties will be discussed during the interview phase
Compensation and Benefits:
