Responsibilities:
• Obsess the journey and success of every teacher from launching them at the learning hub to tracking their performance, and quality and resolving their problems.
• Good at building and maintaining relationships with teachers and customers.
• Own and drive key metrics that impact the business performance of the learning hub.
• Manage schedules and Inventory utilization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive parent engagement and success.
• Ensure teacher availability and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to processes and SOPs.
• Class procurement and inventory management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in operations.
• Analytical mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Ms office.
• Ed-tech background and proficiency in Kannada would be a bonus
