This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2026

The Role

The successful applicant will support the Heads of Student Services (Lower and Senior School) in ensuring there is a clear, strategic and sustainable focus on social-emotional wellbeing, learning support, attendance and behaviour for all students. The successful applicant will ideally have the ability to provide timely and appropriate support to students, staff and parents/carers.

The successful applicant will ideally be an enthusiastic and highly focused individual with effective leadership, communication and behaviour management skills. The ability to utilise highly developed interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with even the most challenging students and parents, will be highly desirable.

It will be important to have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills which will be used to develop and promote the school’s values, ethos, and priorities across the school community. The successful applicant should build positive relationships with students, be passionate about creating positive futures, and be performance driven. Using your knowledge and ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team, to strategically plan and deliver outcome driven interventions for tiers of students will result in high level successes for the students under their care, is highly regarded.
