We are Hiring!Job Description: Teacher Trainer – Math & Coding+8thPercentile offers online, after-school, enrichment, and acceleration programs in Math, English (Reading & Writing), Coding, and Public Speaking for Grades K to 12 students.Our enrichment programs are designed to enhance your child’s overall academic development.We are seeking an experienced Math or Coding Trainer for Teachers to provide professional development and t raining educators on effective math or coding instruction strategies, curriculum implementation, and assessment methods. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mathematics or coding education, exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, and a passion for supporting teacher growth.Job Responsibilities:· Develop and deliver engaging and interactive math and coding training sessions for teachers, incorporating best practices in math or coding education.· Provide professional development workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions on various math and coding topics, including curriculum alignment, instructional strategies, assessment techniques, and differentiation.· Collaborate with teachers to identify their professional development needs and customize training programs to meet those needs.· Model effective teaching strategies and techniques during training sessions, using a variety of instructional methods and resources.· Provide guidance and resources to help teachers create engaging lesson plans, activities, and assessments that align with math and coding standards.
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in mathematics education or Coding.· Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with teachers and build collaborative relationships.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Timing: +:00 am-6:00 pmLocation: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Salary: Upto 55,000/- per month
