*Job Title**: Facilitator
• *Location**: Mumbai, Thane, Vasai, Naigaon and, Pune (Kharadi, Swargate, Hadapsar & Awahalwadi)
• *Overview of the Organisation**
• *Role and Responsibilities**
- Facilitate sessions with teachers of Government schools.
- Handling the entire logistics of the trainings as well as monitoring the training for smooth functioning.
- Maintain a database of the training sessions and follow-up on training and recording the feedback from each training, testimonials, videos, pictures etc.
- Facilitate peer learning sessions with teachers, also taking part in the content development of the sessions and implementing the same.
- Liaising with different government officials for acquiring permissions for the program & maintaining good rapport with all the stake holders.
- Ensuring a positive impact of the program on the teachers and keeping a track of the same through weekly reports and observation of their sessions.
- Facilitate some sessions with students of Government schools.
- Coordinate volunteering for other programs of the Pehlay Akshar Foundation.
• *Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications**
- Experience - Freshers to 3 years
- Prior work experience in the development sector of 1 - 2 years is an advantage
- Proficiency in the English language is mandatory (written and verbal communication skills)
- Working knowledge of Marathi and Hindi language is a advantage
- Team player who can work effectively with peers, subordinates and senior managers
- Excellent technical skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google functions
- Passion for working in the education sector
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor's degree mandatory in any/relevant field
• *Employment Type** - Full Time
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
