EdTech & contemporary pedagogy — Confident integrating technology and modern teaching approaches (e.g., inquiry, design thinking, workshop‑based learning) to build problem‑solving, independence, and curiosity.
Pastoral care & behaviour management — Consistent, fair, and calm approach as a tutor and classroom teacher; able to provide additional academic/pastoral support and uphold school expectations.
Collaboration & contribution — Track record of working as a team player—sharing resources, engaging in appraisal/PLD, supporting school events (e.g., Open Days), and contributing positively to the wider school community.
