Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Teaching Assistant at Paras English Medium High School. The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for supporting classroom activities, providing assistance to the primary teacher, helping students with their learning, and promoting a positive learning environment. Responsibilities also include guiding students in subjects such as Mathematics, fostering effective communication, and supporting individual and group activities. Collaboration with faculty members to enhance student engagement will be an essential part of the role as well.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Assistant Teaching and Education
Proficiency in Mathematics and experience teaching or assisting in this subject
Effective Communication skills for interacting with teachers, students, and parents
Experience in Working With Children and fostering a nurturing environment
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in an educational environment is beneficial
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
