Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Learn O Clock. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the main teacher in delivering high-quality programs and activities for children under the age of 15. The role will involve working closely with children, providing guidance and assistance during classes, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the main teacher in preparing lesson plans and materials
• Support and supervise children during classes and activities
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes learning and creativity
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required
• Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed at all times
• Qualifications:
• Experience working with children in a teaching or coaching capacity
• Passion for child development and education
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Enthusiastic, patient, and creative
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Certification in early childhood education or relevant field is a plus
