Job Description
System & Quality Team collaborates closely with other teams under India CBG Credit, Regional Credit, MOT, business, Operations and various Technology teams. With future of banking and joyful customer/employee journey in mind, digitalizing, automating and ensuring quality of processes and services are key in supporting a risk-reward balanced business.
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for leading the India Credit Systems and Quality Assurance team in India CBG Credit Risk team:
• Report to RMG CBG Credit India head and manage a team of credit system & quality assurance specialists in credit system and quality management. The candidate must exhibit sound credit judgement with an in-depth knowledge in credit system logic flow as well as overseeing quality management function for IN CBG Credit
• Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff planning and evaluating department activities
• Maintains adequate staff resource by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and identifying training for team members
• Represents IN CBG Credit in all system projects, migrations, enhancements and new system initiatives
• Oversight of all system testing including design of UAT strategy and ensuring requisite complete and timely UAT in close collaboration in multi stakeholder setting.
• Maintains quality assurance service for IN CBG Credit by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
• Manages and ensures high standard and effective post approval quality control checks and regular reviews for IN CBG products under purview of IN CBG credit
• Work closely with all stakeholder system requirements and guiding them to achieve most effective system solution.
Requirements
• A degree holder with minimum 8 years working experience in a role within credit risk management
• Qualification in Engineering / Systems management or related disciplines preferred
• Fair understanding & exposure of Agile methodology & implementation
• Strong domain knowledge of various systems across retail lending business ie loan origination, loan management and collections management across secured and unsecured lending products
• Experienced in team management with ability to work independently and lead a team with transformational mindset and minimal supervision.
• Good problem solving and process improvement skills.
• Meticulous, detailed and logical in thought process able to articulate clearly and have good written communication skills
• Team player with good inter-personal skills and ability to work with other teams as well as with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
