The role | Te tunga
We are seeking a permanent Team Administrator to join the Gambling Regulatory Services team in Wellington or Auckland. In this role, you will use your administrative skills to support regulators, manage information, and act as the initial point of contact for stakeholders. You will help ensure data is accurately entered into our systems and contribute to the smooth operation of a national team committed to positive community outcomes.
This is a flexible role offering career development, two days working from home, and the chance to work in a supportive, fun, and inclusive environment.

Strong administrative skills, including document analysis and data entry
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
